You don't need to know 'everything' to be a wedding photographer. Good eye, creativity and a strong basic knowledge in photography is just the minimum requirement. Even I'm in the process of learning different types of photography. Criticism is the best way you can improve your individual skills
.

It's not easy to be a photographer but the challenge makes it worthy.

Why i become a wedding photographer?

Currently wedding photography becomes one of the most popular photography events involving different couple with different ambiance which makes it very challenging and thus we can't predict what will happen during event. So you gotta be fast with your 'weapon' so that all the moments are captured. It gives a feeling of enthusiasm and excitement for both the photographer and the wedding party. The moments of the wedding pictures is like a precious treasure which can bring back memories and yet it can't be replaced.

The eldest son of 8 siblings, married to a teacher at the age of 25 and a father of two children. Decided to broaden my knowledge and working experience and left the government sector after 7 years of service.

Presently working with a well-established company in Brunei and under-graduate student from ITB qualified with HND in Construction Engineering and Management. I usually refer myself as “ASRI ISAAC”, which reminds me of my son. I used to take photos of my son with my beat-up compact digital camera “SONY CYBERSHOT DSC-T1” until when my daughter was born, who was hyperactive. And from there onwards, i knew that the CYBERSHOT wasn’t enough to capture fast moving objects.

Then I decided to convert to SONY DSLR-A350 to ease my pain. I love capturing candid pictures of them. Joined PHOTOWHO which consists of friends among friends.

ITB graduate with HND in Electrical Power & Building services Engineering. At a young age i used to play my father's Polaroid camera although didn't understand about photography back then but still playing with the camera until its films run out. I just hope my father keep that old camera.

Then i moved on to playing camera with replaceable film or Kodak. Of course the introduction of digital camera give me more fun playing and taking picture just for the fun of it and have no worry to buy new film for the camera.

Then the era of DSLR camera comes. All I can say is the fun of taking pictures continue.
